Pros
Great people, rewarding environment, interesting projects that make you think and it’s all remote, so you can do it anywhere
Cons
The hiring process is very selective and we always need more people to keep up with the demand for projects. Since those people haven’t been hired there’s a lot of work on everyone’s plate and it can be overwhelming sometimes. You’re also expected to learn and deliver on applications you’ve never used before and that can be challenging. The tools are there but you have to make a concerted effort to teach yourself which can be challenging.
