Cons

Everyone is called "Link Application Engineer", irrespective of seniority. Not useful for growth.

Amazing team, welcoming office culture, great on-boarding experience, lots of opportunities to grow, straightforward career path, demanding but fair workload, great pay, outstanding health benefits (few exceptions)

Cons

Weird recent changes to hiring (interns must complete a personality test even if they’re given a return offer. Failing this test results in a revoked return offer). Some benefits like eye insurance could be better. New employees forced to go in office 4x a week, should be 3 at most. Inequality between roles (e.g. SWE vs QA)
