      Pros

      Great people to work with and good management support. The work we do feels meaningful and is challenging.

      Cons

      Leadership continues to change the feel of veeva. PTO was changed, billable hours continue to change, contributions to 401k havent changed with inflation, parental leave is ok, other benefits are fine but not keeping up with the industry.
