Cons

Poor salary structure, We will not get what they promised while joining. Our salary depends on number of hours billed. We have to work on critical migration projects where working hours are more and billable hours are less. Thus less salary is credited every month. Very less/NO hikes after joining.

boring (and ugly) software too technocratic/corporational managers ticking boxes of HR, not really caring about people, allow rude attitudes not enough holidays (23d) flexible but not flexible timetable too stressful many layoffs / instability stocks is a company's trick
