Employees treated like trash by management, no changes of getting promoted, or recognized in a positive way. Unqualified people in supervisor roles, who do not want or can manage people. At first everyone starts as a contractor, some people get Veeva contracts, but usually they just convince you to sign another 6 month contract before you get a Veeva contract, but that just never happens. The nature of work is so monotonous that a monkey could do it easily, and there are no flexible options available. The workday contains plus one hour as 'lunch break', so it's 8AM to 5PM, which is not paid as overtime (and is probably not really legal either). Overall, stay away from this company.
