Business Outlook
Pros
A clear idea of how to scale a company and how to build products. A very intensive, character-focused hiring process (some may like it, others won't) results in excellent teams which can execute with precision and speed. Lots of great people and good communication. Very value-driven, being a PBC is a huge plus.
Cons
Sometimes you need to break patterns and misconceptions with high effort. Takes time and requires you to build trust with peers and superiors. Quite a bit of disagree-and-commit at the beginning for me.
