      Good product where the CEO still plays a hands-on role in ensuring it is industry leading.

      Cons

      Focus of the company is fast growth which has led to layers of middle management without proper training and expertise. Staff are often dismissed at management's discretion, and recognition is determined by 'friend groups' instead of ability and skill. One of Veeva's core values is 'do the right thing' which should raise alarm bells!
