Some members of upper management also had a tendency to be very inappropriate during company calls, berating and cursing at different teams while offering no vision or solutions. - There is no clear path for career advancement. Management is not interested in nurturing talent internally. - Company culture has deteriorated as the company has grown, there is a very impersonal corporate feel.
