Veeva, more specifically the Crossix Analytics business solves difficult problems with marketing measurement - combining that with the additional burden of privacy and you are continuously faced with interesting challenges. The ongoing investment in engineering systems over throwing more people at analytics is really starting to pay off. Even junior team members are encouraged to share thoughts on new designs and architecture - working with seniors to drive them through to production.

Cons

Going 'all in' on open-plan office space might not have been the best option when technology and methodology groups need to intensely focus on designs and problems.

Pros

First, Veeva has been an exceptionally successful company. The current valuation is high but they have little real competition and are hiring so there is room for growth for the right persons Second, they have a very unique business model, it’s industry specific cloud software with a heavy dose of consulting and professional services.

Cons

The compensation is well below market and sales are on a terrible shared quota, career progression is very slow.

- Energetic and Dedicated Team - Working on some cool products in healthcare - Great growth opportunity

Cons

- Sometimes managers get a bit rigid on certain things which might not be the best - Veeva is a great stock otherwise RSU are dissapointing
