Veeva has really great set of core Values. However they do not practice a single one of them. Do not be fooled. Restricted stocks that vested over time. Stocks are doing well, being on the business side may be much better. The ideas and whats planned for product are inspiring and could change things but they must address the inequality and toxic morale.

Cons

Depressing.Absolutely no career advancement. They hired the best of the best and do not use their skills. Half of the team has quit in the last 6 months. More will leave. You will be promised all kinds of things, future as a leader for joining and being part of the ground up. The job will never exist. DO NOT fall for this, your heart will be shattered like the others. If you have, evaluate your goals and values and ask yourself what you gain from the unprofessionalism you experience. Very few care about the team , only look out for yourself. Their is NO trust left between the team and management. Every task is more complicated than it needs to be. Total chaos. Talk about improvements but no change in over a year. Involve your team that has experience on how these processes work from their past instead of putting this responsibility on your junior staff that have no true experience.
