      -High level of autonomy to constantly innovate and improve -The growth that lies ahead and the opportunity it creates -The leaders at Veeva are doers. Sets a good example, and has a strong impact on the culture. -Mobility across roles and regions. -Amazing coworkers that care, work hard, and work smart. Everyone seems authentically eager to help customers (internal and external)

      Cons

      -The opportunity is massive which if you don't manage your own ship well, you can overwork yourself. Tip to anyone that joins, you own your work-live balance. Excitement about contribution can skew your balance. Be mindful that you control it, not the company or the job.

      Pros

      Veeva is the best place to work I've been in a long time. There is a true spirit here of collaboration and cooperation between teams that is hard to find in any company. They are doing a good job hiring smart, fun people here and everyone has been great to work with! The company is doing really well, and it's also great to be on a winning team in the market. The product is well respected and thought of, and the company is an industry leader. Cares about its employees a lot and puts a lot of effort into creating great workspaces for them as well.

      Cons

      None really, but you definitely need to be on your game here and pull your weight as everyone is an A performer

      Pros

      I really appreciate the team I am on and all the opportunities I have had to learn at Veeva. There is a development program that allows you to use 2% of your base salary for development. Not only is this valuable to me, I also love that I am able to learn on the job as well. I have been surrounded with managers and peers that are very motivating and supportive. I have had an excellent journey at Veeva so far and look forward to everything else I can learn along the way!

      Cons

      I don't look at anything as a negative. I look at things as a learning experience.
