Very political environment results. Sales treated like whipped donkeys. Commercial suite just about max'd out in the market.

These people are just biding their time waiting for their options to vest. You job will inevitably be to stroke their delicate egos and to tow the line. If you actually care about building a great product, avoid Veeva.
