      Pros

      An organization full of Like minded individuals who are smart and goal oriented. Energy levels are always high and a very fast paced environment, still people across the globe are supportive. Very flat - non-hierarchical organisation, highly collaborative.

      Cons

      Stressful at times due to huge workload. Yearly hikes are in single digit

      Pros

      Veeva has a policy of working from anywhere so it is very flexible and possible to work from home. All my colleagues are all very good, the recruitment is excellent at Veeva and it is amazing to be surrounding by great people.

      Cons

      Veeva wants to act like a start-up even though it is not anymore so some internal processes can appear strange, however it is also a good thing as the managers are very accessible. All in all, not really an inconvenient.
