Pros

Ok place to work. Nothing special. If you like working in the burbs and building enterprise apps in the cloud, it's as good a place to be as any. CEO is a good guy. He bikes to work and has been around the block. Came from IBM, PeopleSoft, Salesforce. Veeva is his first gig as CEO.

Cons

Too much to do and not enough people to do it. There's no downtime to speak of and if you really want to do a good job, say byebye to your evenings and weekends. They're based in Pleasanton so it's hard to find great diverse talent. If they ever give out the numbers, they'd probably score low in terms of diversity especially in HQ. it's great place to be if you fit the profile.

Marketing Pros Stay Away

Pros

The company is awesome- in a great industry . Great culture if you are not in marketing. Weekly free lunches are very nice.

Cons

Marketing Dept is in serious trouble. Unacceptable turnover rate at about 50 percent. Depressing, unprofessional, miserable and toxic environment.workload is very heavy since so many employees keep quitting . HR does not take problem seriously. Very unfortunate. Marketing Pros will not thrive or succeed at Veeva as long as things remain the same. Take your talent and expertise to another company. Benefits are average. They need 401k match.
