Pros

The people you work with are great, that’s it. Maybe 401k ? But even still benefits are meh.

Cons

Upper Management doesn’t care about their own employees and allowed morale to reach a critical low. Changes happen every five seconds making the company unreliable and inconsistent. Work from home was the best part and throughout the decision to recind that perk, the lack of compassion, understanding and reason from upper management was telling. The pay is abysmally low compared to every other company in the industry. You are a peon and nothing more to the people in charge.

Fair pay (tech industry), lots to learn and youre able to take on a ton of responsibility very early on in your career.

Cons

very rigid promotion/raise system. day to day can feel repetitive and often feels that you work at a powerpoint factory. helping billionaires in big pharma become richer.
