      Met really nice coworkers who bonded over trauma in the workplace

      Cons

      Toxic environment, where management is ego/ control driven. Upper management has their favorites and for some reason rewards managers’ bad behavior even though MANY coordinators left within a short time frame. They micromanage, overwork, want “lean teams” & under pay. It’s not worth it when they will replace you if you give any pushback. Also, they drag you into the office 4 times a week, while sitting on zoom meetings with more than half the team at home.

      Huge fluctuation in the employees Old employees are not appriciated, new collegues get higher salary than the old ones. Very poor salary raise every year even if the inflation is higher than ever. The management only support each other and are very rude with their people (respect for the exception). Benefits are always cutted. Huge money goes down the toilet because of illogical decisions. They talk about values but fire even for one mistake.
