- Thoughtful CEO on a mission to build modern software solutions for the life science industry - Friendly co-workers and a healthy work culture (WLB is what you make it to be) - Free food (when working in person at HQ)

Cons

- It's enterprise software for a heavily-regulated industry (i.e. lots of restrictions on how the products should work, but obviously that can't be helped)
