      Pros

      There is an infectious can-do attitude at all levels of the company and the people are so capable and willing to offer their assistance, expertise, and time to help you produce solutions. The benefits are unmatched and there is a strong sense of belonging and community to the organization. It's a place I love to be and people I love spending time with.

      Cons

      The company is expanding and we are experiencing normal growing pains transitioning to a mid-market company.

      - Friendly, inclusive, and employee driven learning environment - Motivating, creative, and knowledgeable management/ leaders - High level of communication across business hierarchy (easy to get a hold of anyone)

      Cons

      - High learning curve (only for those who like a challenge, fast passed work environment, and learning allot and quickly)

      Pros

      There are many benefits to working at Ridgeline first being the encouragement to use your strengths to benefit the company. Ridgeline is a very open company that wants you to use your strengths to help the company grow. They encourage you to learn and everyone is more than willing to help you grow and learn to not only better the company, but also to better yourself. Ridgeline is great with small multiversed teams which allows them to develop and build unique technology solutions. The company is very well structured and takes care of the needs of their employees.

      Cons

      Honestly I have nothing negative to input about the company as I truly love and am excited to work for and with Ridgeline International.
