      Pros

      There's a real push for diversity in the workplace, I really appreciate that. Self regulated PTO. Love it. Great work environment, when I actually go into the office. Which reminds me: Work from home 100%. Love it. Leadership that really seems to give a s... darn about their employees. When you do go into the office, there's nitro cold brew. Dangerous stuff. It's very strong.

      Cons

      Not many cons, to be honest. You stay busy all the time, there's a lot to do. Documentation is all over the place but I'm working to fix that! Time to do documentation, that's a pro.

      Worst job I've ever had!

      Snacks, snacks, snacks, snacks, snacks (I had to write five words).

      Cons

      TERRIBLE leadership! Boys club. Frat atmosphere. Constant churn/chaos. Paranoid co-workers. Very questionable ethics/legality of what they do. They tend to hire people they know. If you aren't that person, you will NEVER be in their club. The benefits - you think you're getting a GREAT deal. But it's VERY different from the way a majority of companies in the DC area do benefits. I found I ended up with less after doing an analysis.
