      Pros

      I think the top reason to work at Ridgeline is how much the company truly values you as an employee and contributor. It really is a collaborative team environment where you are heard and can make a difference. As an engineer, I also value innovation and working on exciting projects, and Ridgeline does not disappoint. Across the last 2 years at the company, I have worked on multiple exciting / cool / cutting-edge projects that were both fun and challenging. You get to work with some pretty amazing people who teach and mentor you constantly. Lastly, they really encourage you to take time off to recharge and recover, which definitely helps reduce burnout.

      Cons

      Really, the only downside I can think of is there is constant pressure to move fast while adding workload. This leads to the exciting environment I mentioned but can also be daunting for some.

      Pros

      Rarely are tasks redundant and boring. The company encourages and supports employees growing their skillsets and knowledge. In my time here, I have seen many changes implemented to improve processes and communication. Employees at all levels have many ways to voice concerns, opinions and the like. Often times, the good suggestions make it through to become process improvements. Work schedules are flexible, there are core hours to be available, then employees are free to complete their work day in a way that allows for work-life balance. We enjoy a generous PTO package as well. In addition to all that you get to work with bright individuals and get hands on interesting tech.

      Cons

      If you like every day to be predictable, this may not be a good fit for you.

      Pros

      There's a real push for diversity in the workplace, I really appreciate that. Self regulated PTO. Love it. Great work environment, when I actually go into the office. Which reminds me: Work from home 100%. Love it. Leadership that really seems to give a s... darn about their employees. When you do go into the office, there's nitro cold brew. Dangerous stuff. It's very strong.

      Cons

      Not many cons, to be honest. You stay busy all the time, there's a lot to do. Documentation is all over the place but I'm working to fix that! Time to do documentation, that's a pro.
