Leadership lacks direction and alignment, technology and systems are 15 years behind, consistently asked for information that we cannot easily access due to lack of technological resources.

decent benefits, mostly clear expectations, pay is "competitive". comfortable place to work if you don't strive to progress in life. frequent opportunities for overtime.

Cons

poor management, strong blame game throughout most departments, many bad attitude employees are not handled properly ruining things for everyone else (unintentionally and intentionally). occasional long periods of mandatory overtime

Very nice group of people to work with.

Cons

A lot of tribal knowledge. No clear direction from the leadership team: everything is a priority - "want it all for yesterday" attitude. Only certain opinions of certain department have weight, leaving no option but for the rest to follow. Lack of team work among departments.
