Pros

The only pro is working from home

Cons

Unorganized, inconsistent management, when you need help the support team is rude and don’t like to help, supervisors are always gone or always on vacation, you can’t take any days off everything is blocked off, high call volume you’re taking about 90-120 calls a day and they don’t consistently hire so they’re understaffed, no communication

Good work environment where colleagues are highly supportive

Cons

All calls are received but no actions can be taken only information is given. Real salary is 800 a month since I worked in Panama
