After the merger, not just worse benefits but remarkable chaos, backward motion, areas of clown crazy management. If you’re smart, honest, and a good worker who cares about customers, this might not be your place. Toxicity depends on department. Lip service on fairness. If from PSCU, you can say or do anything or nothing and you are protected. Opposite culture and accountability from what Co-op was. Shocking for employees who looked forward to being in a more advanced company after merger, but soon realized the ship was going in the wrong direction and we couldn’t do a thing about it. Used to be the care about customers and employees was authentic. Amazing what’s going on below upper management that maybe they don’t know about.
