Ever since the merger the company made decisions that are questionable. They create surveys but do not utilize it and gives a false sense of “we hear you” when really they have goals and will carry it out without considering input from the employees directly impacted. Theres a lot of investment made for projects but not for employees quality of life. Pay cuts or pay freeze so no more pay increases since we are “overpaid” according to the new company, yet we must provide better quality and services.
