- Horrible Leadership, VERY condescending - People on various teams (project services, development, tech support, engineering and L & D)) have major attitudes! due to being so stressed out and overworked, everyone is stretched thin - there is not enough people to do the work so you will be taking on more work and over your capacity - Timelines are a joke, no one takes them seriously - there is an overlap of roles & responsibilities, there is no clear definition on who is doing what - no clear or defined structure and is a very chaotic environment to work in - no one wants to take accountability for their respective area especially when things go wrong - a lot of the people here have terrible communication skills, questions are answered with sarcasm and attitude - breakfast and lunch is terrible and tastes like high school cafeteria food - they promote people from within which is great but not if they don't have the background, industry knowledge and training which is more than half of the problem - the new CFO that started earlier this year is just as condescending as the co-founder - coffee in the coffee machine is horrible, I don't think they clean out the filters and tubes in the machine and it tastes like dirt water I can go on and on...but there is not enough room on this comment field. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO WORK HERE!!!! RUN THE OTHER WAY IF YOU CAN
