Pros
Very good client base and seem willing and pay decent salaries.
Cons
WOW! for a firm that says they were the first law firm with a website, times sure have changed. The telecommunications sytems are antiquated and no-one seems to want to upgrade anything. The attorney's basically stay to themselves and have no people skills even with their co-workers. Quite a number of employees need to be sent packing for lack of knowledge of systems and technology.
