Pros

Excellent place to work. A big firm without all of the big firm hassles, inefficiencies and bureaucracy. Venable still has some of these, but far fewer than most big firms.

Cons

When I was there, the head of my department took credits that should have been passed down to others. He is no longer with the firm.
