Pros

Vendasta has a ton of very smart and driven people, I feel inspired and motivated every day working with this team. The product is making great advancements, and it's exciting to market such an innovative solution with very loyal partners. I've learned a lot working here and have had an overall positive experience.

Cons

Benefits for US employees could be better compared to US-based companies. With multiple acquisitions, working for various products can get overwhelming / priorities shift a lot - must be comfortable with a fast-paced environment.

Pros

Amazing people and team. Very collaborative and invested in technology and their employees. Benefits were competitive and pay was fair.

Cons

Small company so there was a limited amount of title growth - although always so much to learn and grow through other means.

1) Very good flexibility as a remote worker 2) Positive company culture 3) Depending on position stock options granted 4) Above average 401k match 5) Solid PTO policy 6) Small yearly bonuses/extras like gift card at the holidays, anniversaries, etc. 7) 100% non discriminatory and inclusive

Health plan for US employees could have a better cost/quality ratio
