Learning opportunities, but job stability is a concern

Pros

There is more ways to learn in the cmpany. You will be able to handle the situations if you are in a client facing role.

Cons

There is no gurantee for the job and there is high possibility of lay off at all levels of experience. Better to switch the company within 1 to 1.5 years.

Pros

They have free Breakfast and Pool Table.

Cons

The CEO is more like a salesperson who does not understand Tech at all and talk AI all the time. They hire people from INDIA for almost 70% less money and take Canadian jobs away. They give layoffs all the time, as part of cost-cutting. If you have family and kids and bills to pay do not accept a job offer since its not a reliable company.

Great learning opportunities but unstable leadership and direction

Incredible opportunity to learn across various fields and disciplines. If you’re self-driven, you’ll gain exposure to many areas beyond your job description.

Cons

While there were plenty of opportunities to learn and contribute, those opportunities often disappeared once immediate business needs were met. Employees could invest heavily in initiatives only to find projects deprioritized or entire teams restructured without a clear long-term direction. Leadership frequently lacked strategic consistency, with shifting priorities, reactive decision-making, and limited appreciation for the work delivered by employees. Repeated layoffs created uncertainty despite strong contributions from high-performing teams. Recognition was inconsistent, career growth often felt influenced by organizational politics rather than measurable impact, making the GCC, a joke for contributing to company’s growth and there was a noticeable disconnect between leadership expectations and execution. The company has talented people and strong products, but the lack of stable long-term planning makes it difficult for employees to build lasting careers.

In an ever-changing market, we often have to pivot, remain agile, and move quickly to keep up! While we share our company-wide plan regularly so everyone knows where we're headed, we get that from the inside, those sharp strategic turns can still feel abrupt and disorienting. Even when direction changes, we truly appreciate the hard work that goes into every initiative and take a lot of pride in celebrating our people's contributions. We also want to clear something up: the GCC in Chennai is anything but a joke to us. That team is a massive part of our global backbone, and we couldn't build or scale our platform without the talent in that office.
