In an ever-changing market, we often have to pivot, remain agile, and move quickly to keep up! While we share our company-wide plan regularly so everyone knows where we're headed, we get that from the inside, those sharp strategic turns can still feel abrupt and disorienting. Even when direction changes, we truly appreciate the hard work that goes into every initiative and take a lot of pride in celebrating our people's contributions. We also want to clear something up: the GCC in Chennai is anything but a joke to us. That team is a massive part of our global backbone, and we couldn't build or scale our platform without the talent in that office.
