Pros

There are so many pros working for venesco. The work life balance, pay and benefits. Venesco really made me feel wanted and apart of a team. Any time I’ve had an issue Venesco worked with me in order fix the issue.

Cons

The only con I can think of, is that were spreaded out between on-site and remote. I would’ve love to see some of the great people I’ve worked with.

Pros

Pleasantly surprised at the comradery and communication between employees of Venesco. The team is great and works hard to integrate new employees. Coworkers are invested in the success of new employees. Definitely a team atmosphere.

Cons

Government contracting can be tough. Always have to push hard for the next win, and is dissapointing when you see a bid you are excited about go to another business.
