Pros

None this company was so disorganised and changed daily the software program. High pressure no care for service members

Cons

Worst company I ever worked for totally had no idea how to manage a large contract. No help with IT issues no voice mail template until 4 months into the job. Do not work here.

Pros

40 hr work week Mon-Fri creating work/life balance with a predictable schedule. ATs are well respected. I learned a lot I would not have in other settings. Unique opportunity to provide service to our country. Overall good experience. Salary & benefits offered were better with Venesco.

Cons

Early work day may not appeal to some. More sedentary/Paperwork intensive. Compensation for contracted AT positions with Army is less than other branches of military. No upward mobility.
