Pros

It pays the bills for now. Permanent Work From Home for Customer Service jobs.

Cons

Not much growth for minorities. They claim to care about diversity and Inclusion, but most minorities get stuck in CS. New work is always added but pay isn't added to come along with the new workload.

Pros

Remote, Good Benefits, Stock Options, Decent Pay, Fairly easy work.

Cons

Ever since Paypal has taken on more of a role they have slowly taken away everything we loved about working there. They took away free food before the pandemic, then it was determined we would never have the option to return to the office. They also turned phones back on & now most of your day is phone calls. Recently they began scheduling our breaks so we cannot even go to the bathroom when we want to. This is becoming unbearable & many of the older & very talented employees are leaving in droves. I will likely be next.
