      Pros

      Out of school it comes off like an up and coming startup. Seems like a fun brand to attach your name to, some of your friends might think it's cool.

      Cons

      It's all maintenance. There is nothing here inspiring, there's nothing new. Venmo is just PayPal's slave...their office is literally above us and dictates anything we do. There are plenty more successful startups in NYC with actual stock option benefits if you want to apply your abilities.

      Amazing Co-Workers They provide free, snacks, lunch and a Mac book computer Good pay

      Cons

      Management is non-existent You have not personal or free time If you are a minority (person of color) or woman good luck getting any say Very high-stress work environment, they want you to be the best without providing you any teachings, simply that you fail, you've failed forever

      Free food, Benefits, WFH(after jumping through hoops)

      Productivity numbers really? When the amount of work can be solely based off the number of people who contact the center, starting to turn into a call center(which they hate), management does not listen or does not care what your concerns are, HR is not in the same building and the only way to communicate with them is through phones. working on the weekends with little help or support from peers. Productivity is pretty much directed at how much you are liked.
