      Pros

      Very LGBTQ+ friendly, fun company culture, WFH during the pandemic, good benefits package.

      Cons

      Minimal options for career advancement, no communication about performance bonus, their COVID leave policy debits your PTO first then you get to access your leave policy. They consider most moves "lateral" meaning if you switch to a more specialized department you'll still be getting entry level wages.

      Diversity initiatives, free lunch and snacks, commuter benefits, solid team culture, the Knowledge Team/ Product was always very proactive, informative and timely with Product Updates, Work From Home days, great stock options

      Cons

      Not much manoeuvrability for career path, limited opportunities internally, monotonous work, attendance policy is very very stringent
