      Pros

      People - engineers are incredibly smart and talented. Everyone across US based timezone is super supportive and respond quickly when you have questions on their systems.

      Cons

      It was good up until upper leadership changed. It feels like basically Paypal has no idea what to do with Venmo. Second, there is a ton of tech debt and no interest to improving the systems,

      The culture was amazing. The team was the best. I learned a lot and was sad to say goodbye.

      Company is slowly moving out of the U.S. and laying everyone off.
