      Lot of opportunities to grow and learn. Lot of benefits

      Everyone is paid the same rate when starting regardless of knowledge, education or experience. ( this is just for the tech support role though)

      Changing our work schedules, changing our department and job duties. Minimum ways to go up. Use the company to up your credit educate yourself on education and own a business one day.
