Pros

The only positive aspect of the company is its location. It is in the heart of Noida, and the office building is beautiful. Apart from the location, there were no significant positives.

Cons

There are issues in almost every area of the company, but the biggest problem is the management. Leadership is highly unprofessional, and favoritism is very common. Many senior positions are filled through personal connections rather than skills or experience. Relatives, friends, and friends of friends are given opportunities over qualified candidates. As a result, several people in leadership roles lack the knowledge and capability required for their positions. This culture affects employee morale, growth, and the overall work environment.
