Friendly and welcoming environment. This place gives you the opportunity to make endless amounts of commission if you work hard enough- they give you every tool to succeed

Pros

The people really care about providing quality talent to clients. Good tools offered to get your job done. Expectations are set and measured, but you are not micromanaged to get your job done. They try hard to provide a good work environment. Some of the most senior talent I have ever met in Recruitment work here. Good rewards provided for good work!

One of the most toxic environments to work in I've ever seen.

Pros

The co-workers are, for the most part, very nice. The commute is reasonable. The database is reasonably robust. The office is nice.

Cons

Very money driven. Will hire people with virtually no experience because they can underpay them. Everyone in management is secretive about commission plans because they discriminate.
