Our compensation ranges are adjusted regularly based on regional industry benchmarking reports and we’ve recently increased leasing commissions to help ensure we’re offering competitive pay, we certainly understand that there can sometimes be a difference between expectations in pay and reality. For this reason, we encourage candid conversations on the topic with supervisors whenever necessary.
