The culture! Venterra has an amazing culture that made it fun to come to work. They put people in roles who will perform optimally and give you every tool to succeed. I truly felt like I was never just a "number" but apart of something much larger. From corporate employees like Teri, Candi, Diane, Eastin and Jessica, to onsite team members Tammie, Kristy, Bennett, Lauren, Erin, Diane, Kim, Dustin, Lili, Alex, Dustin, Gabby, Tonya, Megan, Anne, and Cassi, everyone has been a true pleasure to work alongside.

Cons

Absolutely nothing! I can't think of any cons. I'm only leaving for simply financial and promotion related reasons. So if the fact that I struggled with my decision to ultimately leave is a con, that's a great con to have!

You are given the tools and the power to provide excellence! The company offers great opportunities to move forward, and you are provided constant feedback on your performance. Best of all there are so many exciting events through out the year to look forward to so that you can enjoy your job and your peers! If that isn't enough to be excited about ask about the WOW program!

It would be nice to get paid bi weekly instead of bi monthly.
