We appreciate your review and I’m glad to hear that your experience at Venterra has been so positive overall. Although we use industry benchmarks to determine employee pay ranges and adjust accordingly over time, there certainly can still be times where pay and employee expectations aren’t quite in line. This is obviously a big part of a positive employee experience, so we definitely encourage conversations on this topic with managers at any point to make sure we’re offering pay in line with employee responsibilities and qualifications. Team get-togethers like our annual Kick-Off Parties and regional Family Fun Days are always a blast, so we’ll definitely take to heart your comment on finding ways to increase those types of interactions.
