      Pros

      Benefits are good. I love the culture and the communication that we get from upper level management when changes are rolled out. Venterra does a lot of things that I have never heard of like Wowing resident and employee for just being you or if you need help. It's truly amazing! They work really hard to keep everyone engaged in what's happening with the company. Upper level management meet EVERY staff member and their all nice and open to conversation or feedback. Upper management does consider all feedback as well.

      Cons

      This isn't completely a con, but compensation could be a little higher and closer to what competition pays. More in-person employee interaction as a region would also be a huge plus.

      We appreciate your review and I’m glad to hear that your experience at Venterra has been so positive overall. Although we use industry benchmarks to determine employee pay ranges and adjust accordingly over time, there certainly can still be times where pay and employee expectations aren’t quite in line. This is obviously a big part of a positive employee experience, so we definitely encourage conversations on this topic with managers at any point to make sure we’re offering pay in line with employee responsibilities and qualifications. Team get-togethers like our annual Kick-Off Parties and regional Family Fun Days are always a blast, so we’ll definitely take to heart your comment on finding ways to increase those types of interactions.       Venterra is the best place to work, EVER. As an employee, you are always a valuable part of the team and your voice matters. You have the opportunity to provide a “customer experience” rather than simply customer service and truly make a difference in people’s lives. Venterra is not just another company to work for, they have a culture, core values and know how to treat their employees. Bring your dog to work day? YES! Birthday off? YESSS! Fun Fridays? YES! Venterra Cares paid time off to volunteer? YESS! Free accommodations while you vacation at Disney? YES!! Constant personal and professional growth and development in a team oriented environment? YESSSS!!

      Venterra really cares about their employees and people in general. Some companies talk the talk but so far Venterra walks to the walk. Genuine, compassionate and thorough best describes it for me so far.
