      Pros

      Venterra really does have an awesome culture! They go above and beyond to WOW not only the residents, but employees also. They company also provides a lot of support to new employees coming on board, with training and mentorship. They really do understand what it takes to be successful.

      Cons

      Nothing I see that needs improvement at this time!

      Pros

      They truly care about us as individuals and not just as employees. I feel s though we are family and I plan on staying and growing with them. Never have I worked with a management company that genuinely wants the best for me.

      None at all. Truly the best place to work ever
