Our regional Family Fun Days and annual Kick-off Parties do provide some interaction opportunities but there is always room for improvement.       Venterra really does have an awesome culture! They go above and beyond to WOW not only the residents, but employees also. They company also provides a lot of support to new employees coming on board, with training and mentorship. They really do understand what it takes to be successful.

      Nothing I see that needs improvement at this time!
