Oh my, I honestly don't know where to begin! I am so impressed with this company! I am a new employee, and from the moment I made my first contact with the company (via the recruiting department) to my interviews, to my first day on the job and beyond, I have been treated with such kindness and professionalism. EVERYONE that I have come into contact with has the most positive, upbeat attitude and is ready to help with whatever question you may have. You can tell that everyone wants to see you succeed. Being hired around the holidays, I can also tell you that this company likes to make time to have fun! I've already attended a Tacky Sweater Party with some of our property's residents and the staff, as well as our staff holiday party. If you're looking for a company where you'll have supportive coworkers and management, tons of opportunities to grow in your position and beyond it, as well as a company that has a great work-life balance, then look no further than Venterra Realty. I couldn't be more excited to be part of their team, and I'm looking forward to seeing where my career path within the company will take me!
