Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. While it’s great to know you’ve enjoyed the overall work environment and feel our compensation is competitive, our aim is for employees to have an amazing experience in all aspects of their career with Venterra, so I wanted to respond to your comments. We have opted to develop our own software as we believe it is important to have software that we can customize exactly for our own unique needs, especially in this increasingly technology centric world. This allows us to do a lot of cool things others can’t, but there will always be some areas that we are improving. Our Better Way program, as you mentioned, is very helpful in giving our employees a voice in directing our continuous improvement efforts and we appreciate you participating in this important program so that we can learn from your experiences at other companies. I was concerned to read your comments on growth opportunities and our promotion process. One of the things we pride ourselves in is promoting from within, and while there are some communities in our smaller regions that have less opportunity than those in our major centers, it is certainly our goal that we provide career opportunities and growth for all employees. In addition, we are committed to a promotion and rewards approach that is data driven and not politically driven.
