While schedules can vary from community to community, weekend hours are likely to continue to be a necessity at our offices. While we will always aim to be competitive in terms of compensation and benefits, there can definitely be times when what's in place can be different from what an individual would prefer. We'd like to encourage you to be candid and honest with your supervisor if you feel that we should be taking a closer look at your particular situation or if you have a specific benefit in mind that we should be considering company-wide. In this same line of thought, please be sure your supervisor is aware of the direction that you are interested in growing with us, as well. While we certainly aren't as large as some other multi-family companies out there, we will always make good on our employer promise to "strive to promote from within," and we've had plenty of success on this front to date.
