I have been with Venterra for over a year and it is by the far the best company I have ever worked for. You are valued and appreciated for your hard work. You are asked to express your opinions and they are heard. Venterra has great opportunities for growth in the company as well as providing tools to improve your life outside of work like the Better Living Initiative. Very positive experience for employees and for residents that live at a Venterra community.

Venterra is a great company that promotes from within. They really are focused on how hard you work, and strive to promote from within. They have a great training program to help prepare you for the next step.

Cons

The benefits are great with Venterra. We are open more than any other Property Management Company out there for our customers. Most offices are open 9-7.

Seeing it first hand is another! It's also good to know that you enjoy the benefits that we offer as a company. While our communities closing at 7pm on some days is a great benefit to our current and future residents, we understand that it can be a sacrifice for our inside employees who work until this time.
