I've been with Venterra for almost three weeks now. I can say that I've never had such a thorough, comprehensive onboarding process at any other company. I was set up for success by receiving information and training from several highly experienced team members that were friendly, welcoming and demonstrated the high priority that Venterra has created for excellent culture and core values. I'm thrilled to be a part of this company and the team here!

The company make sure to do a lot for the people who work for them. Appreciation party’s, paid birthdays, and fun events.

Property stay pretty busy with tenants.

Venterra: A company that truly cares more

Pros

Being part of the Houston Corporate Team but working in my region has allowed for me to connect with Houston Corporate members virtually and in person. The time we can set aside from our daily accountabilities to be of help to the onsite teams allows everyone to feel supported in the best ways. Venterra standards and expectations of me in my role are achievable and realistic which makes the work life stress level low compared to other companies. The newly structured time off program has added a Mental Health Day. To have a company recognize that you truly sometimes just need a day to sit and relax at home and forget about work is the reason why Venterra shows that they do care more.

Cons

In my personal opinion I don't think there are any cons working for Venterra. It is truly a breath of fresh air.
